  • Do you do one-off strategy sessions?

    Nope. Our framework is based on creating and engaging a community, so while a one time session may give you a decent place to start assessing your strategy, the work of analyzing, tweaking and maintaining it are ongoing and can't be planned in a one time session. If you’re looking to DIY your content strategy, you can book a consultation with us to get help jump start the content development process.

  • Do you do ads?

    Nope! Again, our framework is based off of consistently engaging your community, meeting them where they are, and providing them with useful and engaging content. We measure success with values based metrics, and plan with the goal of organic growth and engagement. While paid ads can help get more eyes on a post, they don't guarantee the right eyes. By fostering an engaging community, you create a space for people who truly believe in your service and want to be part of your community.

  • Why is there a six month minimum for social media packages?

    We need to be able to run tests on the types of content your audience likes, which means we need time to post enough of each type of IG content in order to gather useful data on how they perform. The more we're able to create, the more opportunity your audience has to engage with your content, the more data we're able to collect in order to create a strategy specifically for you. The first two months we work with you on your package will be devoted to getting to know your business goals, how they translate to social media goals, research on market, audience, keywords, hashtags and content, and creating a content plan with as needed collaboration from you. As we work together the collaboration process will be streamlined, but we often find the process takes a bit more time as we start to work with new clients, so the two months of planned no posting allows for this without needing to readjust the upcoming posting schedule. The six month minimum also allows for there to be at least four months of posting for us to pull data from to hone your strategy & content plan.

  • Why can't I get social media at an hourly rate?

    Within our hourly packages, we are unable to fully utilize the skills and knowledge we've gained within the industry over the last 6 years, or to keep up with the changes within the industry itself. The level of involvement from the design of & scheduling of graphics alone for the frequency of posting we are responsible for leaves no additional time for hashtag, keyword or audience research, let alone developing an engaging content strategy.

  • How often will we communicate?

    When starting out, our communication is likely to be more frequent. We'll need to get to know you, your business, your values, your audience and your goals. We have a comprehensive questionnaire for you to fill out at the start of our work together–the more detailed you can be when filling it out, the fewer back and forth emails our work will require.

    When we have a strategy in place, you have the option for a standing meeting once a month to go over the previous month's performance and any changes we plan to make to the content or strategy based on your analytics! Other than that, you can email us at any time and we will respond as quickly as we're able to within our regular business hours (M-Th 9am-5pm EST.)

  • How are rates for services set?

    Our rates are within the standard range for the industry and our experience level; you're paying not just for content creation but market, audience & content research, strategy development & implementation, content planning & creation, and monthly assessments and restrategizing based on your analytics. The majority of our client industries center around mental health, sexuality, sexual health, eating disorders, and other sensitive topics, which are frequently shadow banned or restricted on Instagram which in turn requires more intensive work, which our rates reflect.
