who we are

We are chronically ill creatives based in Rochester NY who spend a lot of time with our laptops. Launched in 2017 as a sister-duo virtual assistant team, (say that five times fast) we've shifted our services to focus on supporting small business owners and chronically ill folks who are more interested in showing up as themselves than trying to keep up with the never ending demands of hustle culture. 

In our 7+ years of building our business, we’ve had to find ways to accommodate our own limits, while still showing up for our clients, and what we’ve learned is: you don’t have to do what everyone says you should. You can find a way to honor your own needs and learn to say goodbye to what doesn’t work for you, without guilt or shame.
